Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid contract with JamBench, such as a JamBench+ subscription, within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason. If you asked for JamBench+ to start right away, you only pay the share for the time until your withdrawal; we refund the rest.

How the online withdrawal works:

  1. Fill in the form below.
  2. Click "Confirm withdrawal".
  3. You will immediately receive a receipt confirmation by email including the date, time, and your reference number.

Alternatively, you may withdraw at any time by email to damir@jambench.com or by letter to KickBench UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Mühlerweg 8, 81243 München, Germany.

We will send the receipt confirmation to this address.

Your subscription ID can be found in the Stripe confirmation email or under Account > Subscription.

By submitting this form you declare your withdrawal in accordance with Terms § 5a. You will receive a receipt confirmation by email.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Further information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms of Service § 5a (Right of Withdrawal).

This form does not replace your right to withdraw by email or letter.
