Withdraw from contract

JamBench is currently free to use. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts applies to paid contracts. If you nevertheless entered into a paid contract, you may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion without giving any reason.

How the online withdrawal works:

  1. Fill in the form below.
  2. Click "Confirm withdrawal".
  3. You will immediately receive a receipt confirmation by email including the date, time, and your reference number.

Alternatively, you may withdraw at any time by email to damir@jambench.com or by letter to KickBench UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Mühlerweg 8, 81243 München, Germany.

We will send the receipt confirmation to this address.

Your subscription ID can be found in the Stripe confirmation email or under Account > Subscription.

By submitting this form you declare your withdrawal in accordance with Terms § 5a. You will receive a receipt confirmation by email.

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Further information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our Terms of Service § 5a (Right of Withdrawal).

This form does not replace your right to withdraw by email or letter.
